Want to see more of what goes on behind the scenes?Give this a watch: https://www.tiktok.com/@sistersandseekersThis role will report to our Garment Technologist, and is an exciting opportunity to join a newly forming team on a journey of expansion.What you will do:Ensuring all samples received are measured and workbooks are updated ahead of fit sessions Assist the garment technologist in fit meetings supporting typing fit notes and taking fit images Supporting critical path management ensuring this is up to date ahead of the critical path meetings. This includes liaising with suppliers on sample updates Support in QC checks Sample management- gathering the post and ensuring all samples are received ahead of fit sessions Support on following up on test reports from suppliers General administration duties Help support garment tech with setting up workbooks once tech packs have been sent to the supply base Help support with reviewing QC reports Help in pulling basic returns data ahead of returns meetingsTaking responsibility for own personal development, working alongside line manager to create a Personal Development Plan and map out clear career path to achieve your goals.We'd love to meet someone with:At least 1 years experience in Garment technology or product development as either a Garment technologist Admin Assistant/ product developer assistant or Assistant Garment technologist Someone who loves to get stuck in and has brilliant communication skills, working well both independently and within a team.Strong organisational skills and thrives in a fast paced environment.Ability to prioritise and manage own workload and that of their direct reports where applicable.Strong problem solving skills, a can do attitude to finding solutions.Someone with a great attitude who is willing to learn.
