This is a fast-moving environment where no two days are the sameyour ability to stay three steps ahead, coordinate demanding schedules, and handle confidential matters with discretion will be key to your success.Youll be joining a close-knit team of Executive Assistants who are known for their warmth, professionalism, and collaborative spirit.What we're looking for:35+ years experience in a senior EA/PA role within Financial Services (Private Equity, Investment Banking, or similar)Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsA calm, confident, and solutions-focused approachProven ability to manage complex international travel and ever-changing diariesExcellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligenceTech-savvy with strong MS Office skills and experience using ConcurKey responsibilities:Complex diary management across time zonesExtensive travel coordination (visas, itineraries, changes)Scheduling high-level internal and external meetingsBoard-level meeting preparation and C-Suite liaisonManaging expenses and team inboxesSupporting wider team events, catering, and logisticsMaintaining systems and filingProviding cover for fellow EAs as neededIf you thrive in a high-performance environment and love making things run like clockwork behind the scenes, this is the opportunity to shine.Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
