Hawksworth are recruiting now for an Operations Excellence Manager for a global Financial Services client. This is a Fixed Term Contract assignment for 6 months. The Annual salary is between 49k and 74k + Bonus an excellent pension contribution and package. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by identifying areas for improvement and preparing processes to be easily trainable, the Operational Excellence Manager ensures that customers receive the highest level of service. Additionally, the Operational Excellence Manager will manage and deliver projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.Required skills & experience:Proven tenure as an Operations Excellence ManagerFinancial Services industry experiencePeople leadership skills- you will be managing a team of Team leaders (5-6 TLs reporting into you)Project Management background / experience with large scale change / Transformation experience.
