What Youll Be DoingOverseeing contract administration across diverse development projectsLeading due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys for developers and investorsMentoring and supporting junior surveyors as the team expandsManaging project monitoring of live developments throughout the regionAdvising landlords and tenants on dilapidations matters.
