Clients include international corporates, national and local corporates, NHS, local government, charities, universities and colleges, schools and individuals. You will work with an established property litigation team of 3 Partners and 10 fee-earners.The firm are looking for a confident and self-motivated candidate with property litigation experience. You will advise a broad range of real estate disputes which will include issues relating to:Land sale and purchase transactionsRights of lightRestrictive covenantsBoundary disputesTrespassersWayleavesTelecoms mastsCommercial and residential lease renewalsLease extensions and enfranchisementYouPlease apply if you are a qualified solicitor with experience in property litigation or are due to qualify in September 2025.Why apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top 70 UK law firm with a well-established presence across the UK.
