You'll be the heart of the compliance and risk team, working closely with directors, fee earners and support staff to ensure that all ID verification processes are handled swiftly, thoroughly, and in line with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Conduct identity and source-of-funds checks for UK and international clientsLiaise with clients directly to gather KYC/AML documentationFlag and escalate high-risk clients or transactionMaintain accurate audit trails and recordsProvide support to conveyancing teams on ID-related issues and AML policy interpretationKeep up to date with relevant regulatory changes (e.g. SRA, LSAG, HMRC guidance)Requirements:Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQEPrevious experience in residential conveyancingStrong working knowledge of AML regulations and client onboarding processesConfident working with ID verification tools and systems (e.g. Thirdfort, SmartSearch, or similar)Excellent communication skills and an investigative mindsetApply today for immediate consideration and a run down of the role and company benefits.
