Backed by a strong digital-first approach and a mission to elevate the customer journey, this role offers the opportunity to own and execute CRM strategy across both B2B and B2C functions.The RoleAs CRM Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy and execution, using data-led insights to drive engagement, retention, and customer value. Reporting into the Head of Growth, this role blends hands-on CRM execution with strategic development and stakeholder collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & OwnershipOwn the end-to-end CRM strategy for B2B and B2C audiencesDevelop lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve engagement and loyaltyTest new ideas to gamify customer experience and drive retentionCampaign ExecutionExecute automated and campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app)Use CRM tools (e.g., Braze preferred, but not essential) to build, launch, and analyse campaignsCreate and manage customer journeys, trigger flows, and personalisation logicAnalytics & OptimisationMonitor and report on CRM performance, campaign impact, and customer segmentationApply A/B testing and continuous improvement to campaign performanceUse HTML or Java (basic knowledge required) to support technical aspects of buildsStakeholder ManagementWork cross-functionally with product, marketing, and tech to align CRM with business goalsLiaise with internal teams to gather insights and inform campaign directionTeam EnvironmentFast-paced and performance-driven, requiring adaptability and entrepreneurial thinkingCulture of accountability and cross-functional collaborationSkills & ExperienceEssential:3+ years in a CRM or lifecycle marketing roleProven track record building and executing CRM campaignsStrong data-savvy mindset with performance-oriented thinkingExposure to HTML or Java coding for CRM executionExperience working across B2B and B2C customer basesComfortable working at pace in a dynamic environmentDesirable:Experience using Braze or similar CRM automation toolsBackground in digital consumer products, growth, or SaaSExperience mentoring or managing others in a CRM settingBenefitsUp to 75,000 salary (flexible depending on experience)Hybrid working: 2 days per week onsite in SheffieldOwnership of a key marketing function with strategic impactCollaborative, high-growth cultureInterview Process3-stage processDesigned to move quickly for the right personHow to ApplyInterested?
