This is your chance to help shape the future of one of the most operationally complex sites in the group.About the RoleAs a Factory Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of the shift operations across a rotational shift pattern. Leading a team of 4 Factory Line Managers and overseeing up to 400 colleagues, you'll be instrumental in driving performance, team engagement, and ongoing cultural change.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive daily production targets while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellenceManage performance, resource planning, shift reporting, and employee relations issuesMaintain cross-functional collaboration with technical, quality, engineering, and despatch teamsPlay a key role in site-wide change management and cultural transformation initiativesAbout YouThis role is ideal for a passionate, hands-on operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, large-scale manufacturing or logistics environments.
