You'll be the first point of leadership on the shop floor, overseeing around 60 team members across four whole bird lines.This is a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations - from planning and staffing, to maintaining food safety standards, hygiene compliance and continuous improvement.The RoleThis is a fast-paced, frontline leadership role where you'll manage people, processes and performance across a high-volume chilled production environment.That means:Ensuring staff are in place and lines are ready by 5amImplementing daily production plans and managing line resourcesMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and GMPSupporting audits and acting as a key contact during visitsManaging KPIs, waste control and continuous improvement initiativesWhat we're looking forYou don't need experience - just the right attitude and approach.
