ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER LUXURY FINE WATCHES & JEWELLERYCENTRAL LONDON£40K - £45K +25% BONUSOutside The Box Recruitment is currently headhunting for an experienced ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER OR SENIOR SUPERVISOR who ideally comes from Luxury fine jewellery /watches OR Luxury fashion / hospitality background.An exciting time to join our client who is an international heritage brand that have honed their craft for over 130 years. Specialising in luxury fine watches & jewellery and due to growth, are expanding their UK footprint.The focus for the Assistant Manager is to support the Boutique Manager and lead, motivate, develop, and drive the sales team to success.The Role:Reporting to the Boutique Manager and responsible for 2 Supervisors and 15-20 sales ConsultantsCommercially aware and driven – able to use initiative and drive solutionsDelivering exceptional clientelling services,Achieving all targets and KPI’sPerformance managing, training and developing the teamCoaching, Leading and motivating a dedicated sales teamOverseeing stores operations, administration,Attending networking / events to help promote the storeAttention to detail with store and team presentationLiaising with head officeVery security consciousIdeal candidate:Minimum 2yrs experience as a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager ideally from a luxury fine watches /jewellery / fashion / hospitality backgroundPassionate and knowledge of luxury Watches & Fine Jewellery is idealAble to demonstrate success at selling and mentoring/ coaching a team of 15+ staffSales driven and determined to succeedPassionate and commercial about people management - lead, motivate, develop and drive the team to successPositive can-do attitude - able to build positive relationshipsArticulate with an excellent command of English both written and spoken any additional languages would be desirable but not essentialSmart and well-groomed in appearance.Flexible to attend after work networking events to promote the store and build relationships with B2B and B2CAdditional to the basic salary is: Uncapped Commission, 25% bonus, wellbeing benefits, pension, discountTo be a part of this expanding company please register your interest by emailing your CV to charmain@ or call direct 07815939515.Please only apply if you have ‘The Right to Work’ in the UKOnly successful candidates will be contacted.
