HR Advisor (Campus Services) (CH12809) - Bath, BA2 7AYThe HR Advisor (Campus Services) is responsible for providing clear, outcome- and business-focused, and legally compliant HR advice to line managers and individuals. The aim of the role is to enable excellent people management practice and build the capability of individuals, teams and departments to meet the Universitys and the departments objectives.Supporting the delivery of the University Strategy you work in such a way that supports pace, innovation and customer service in HR service delivery.As part of a dedicated Campus Services HR team, you will support and develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and the central University HR team.About youYou will be proactive, customer focused and keen to be part of a team that seeks to continuously improve HR service and delivery. Relationship building, the ability to positively influence others, continuously improve people management/engagement practices and manage your own workload will be critical to your success.
