As aCleaning Assistant at Enham Alamein, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our vibrant community.The roleThe purpose of this role is to deliver an efficient cleaning service within our workspaces and on-site care homes ensuring they are maintained to a clean and hygienic state to add to the comfort, satisfaction and enjoyment of those living and working at Enham.Youll have the ability to follow instructions, follow good health and safety practice and be able to work independently as well as in a small team.Youll be provided with the relevant training required to carry out this role, including the opportunity to undertake functional skills Maths and English.Youll have access to employment support, personalised to your support needs and experience.
