This 3-year, EU/government-funded project is being delivered through a consortium of three companies, with our scope focused on the design and supply of DeNOx equipment.Working under the Project Board, you will be the central figure in ensuring the successful execution of our scope, responsible for project leadership, governance, coordination, and control. This is not just a high-level oversight roleyou will also be expected to engage directly with documentation, reporting, and schedule management to ensure the programme remains on track.If you have 15+ years of experience in engineering project management, a drive for making change in the global energy industry, and a track record of delivering complex power plant projects on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards, we want to hear from you.What Youll Be DoingProject Leadership & ExecutionLead the delivery of our contract scope in a complex consortium structure.Coordinate internal teams, consortium partners, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and progress.Develop and maintain the project delivery schedule, risk register, and documentation suite.Be involved in engineering meetings to understand the technical scope and status of the project.Identify and mitigate risks develop action plans to avoid delays and cost overruns.Contract & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the principal liaison with the client (including EU and government stakeholders) for all project-related matters.Ensure compliance with contract requirements, EU standards, and reporting obligations.Manage contract variations, claims, and negotiation with client and partners.Supply Chain & Financial ControlOversee procurement and delivery of DeNOx equipment from multiple countries.Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.Evaluate bids and manage external subcontractors and engineering consultants.Ensure compliance with industry standards and RJMs Quality Management System (QMS).Maintain control of project cash flow, cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.Reporting & DocumentationProduce clear, structured reports for internal leadership, the consortium, and client bodies.Ensure traceability of decisions and documentation from design through to commissioning.Ensure internal project and quality control processes are following and documentation is produced and logged properly (with the support of project administration)Team LeadershipLead a multidisciplinary team across the UK and Kosovo.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.Mentor junior project staff and ensure robust project control procedures are followed.What Were Looking ForWe value talent and expertise, but we also recognize potential.
