This is a key strategic appointment based in London, with hybrid working and a clear route to further progression.About the RoleYou will take the lead in delivering high-level strategic advice across asset management, compliance, and housing consultancy. This includes overseeing complex stock condition survey programmes, advising on investment strategies, and delivering strategic asset management plans.Critically, you will be tasked with growing and leading a team of consultants, developing a scalable, high-impact service line within a supportive and ambitious environment.What Were Looking ForYou will either be operating at Associate Director/Director level or be a high-performing Senior Building Surveyor or Consultant with leadership potential.
