Moreover, the opportunity of synergies with sister Companies in the Reply network, really allows us to offer an end-to-end support and service to our customers.Role DescriptionThe Delivery Manager in Portaltech Reply is accountable for the effective delivery of projects and services. Their goal is to bring success as a combination of customer satisfaction, team motivation and growth, and project profitability. According to his seniority the DM will manage one or multiple projects, either to deliver a digital transformation or support service via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled and passionate team.The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders and has proven leadership skills. They will be able to adapt to existing policies as well as define and promote improvements to increase efficiency. The DM will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.For this specific need, the candidate is required to have both general eCommerce and Customer Experience knowledge as well as SAP Commerce and/or Shopify experience.The candidate will be able to discuss at high level and understand the commerce platform terminology. That same terminology and topics will be used in the conversation with the Client during update, upsell, support review meetings etc.The Candidate is Expected toHave familiarity with ticketing and knowledge repository tools, such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence,Know and be able to implement either the Agile or Waterfall methodology,Be able to lead the Project team and the Client team through the typical methodology related ceremonies,Build a resourcing plan (which assumes a great usage of MS Excel and similar tools),Know how to plan the project activities and represent them with a Gantt chart,Know how to structure and deliver a project status report document,Understand and manage risks and dependencies.Be able to effectively build presentations and other documents to delivery key information to their audience shall that be the project team, the wider company/network, the Client etc.Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks The success of multiple implementation/service delivery projects.The profitability of projects, managing planning and execution of activities during the entire lifecycle of projects.Supporting customers ensuring goals are achieved.Developing strong and satisfactory long-term relationship with their customers, identifying future opportunities.Ensuring for their and their team continuous learning and innovation especially but not only related to the key solutions/partnerships within Portaltech.Team growth and contribution to the Company and Reply network wider team.QualificationsBachelor’s or Marter's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science or in an IT-related field.Proven Delivery and Project Management skills.Very strong organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
