Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist in Urgent Care (Derby)A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a General Adult Psychiatrist to join a well-established Multidisciplinary Team as a full-time Inpatient Consultant on Ward 34 at the Radbourne Unit, Derby, with Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Ward 34 is a 20-bed, male-only acute psychiatric ward. As a clinical leader, you will be involved in shaping and developing the service, especially as the Trust undertakes a new build project. In November 2024, Ward 34 will relocate to the Kingsway Site in Derby, moving into a new purpose-built hospital that will eliminate dormitories. The ward will then be named Dove Ward. Opportunities will be available to grow and enhance your clinical skills and to develop evidence-based, innovative practices.
