Youll work alongside highly experienced solicitors who are experts in their field.The RoleThis role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with experience managing a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions.Youll manage a varied residential property caseload, dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction using the industrys leading case management system.What Youll NeedAt least 3 years of experience managing a residential property caseload from inception to completionExperience in New Build and Shared Ownership essentialThorough understanding of various property lawsCommercial awareness, keeping up to date with business and industry newsResilience with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to finding the best legal solutionsAttention to detail, extremely accurate in research and the drafting of documents.Enthusiasm for delivering a high level of customer serviceEnthusiastic team player and natural self-starter able to work independentlyAbility to be flexible and empathetic to deliver client needsThis is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.What We Can OfferWe aim to reward your hard work generously.
