The Sous Chef role : As a Sous Chef - Events, you will hold a key management position within the kitchen department, reporting directly to the Events Head Chef. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet culinary operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency, and leading a talented culinary team.
