Join us and enjoy the following: Incentives Employee benefits portal, which includes discounts at 100’s of online high street stores Staff referral scheme recommend your friends and family to work for us. and be rewarded with a cash bonus 24/7 remote GP appointments with prescriptions delivered to your home Healthcare cash back plan claim cash back on medical procedures such as dental care and physiotherapy What will you be doing: Provide a positive practice role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is afforded to all staff, parents and children Supervise and support children at all times Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices Ensure that any changes to policies, procedures and operational practices are adhered to within the required timescale Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures and operational practices Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and work colleagues Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required Grandir UK is committed tosafeguardingandpromoting the welfareof children and young people and anenhanced DBS checkwill be required for this role.
