Main duties of the jobTo provide high quality, individualised nursing care to patients and their parents/carers through working as an effective member of the inter-disciplinary team. This will include completing assessments and maintaining tailored care plans. You will be responsible for and manage your caseload, reporting to the nurse in charge. As the successful candidate you will support and drive innovation and will work collaboratively across the multidisciplinary team. To contribute to the supervision, assessment and education/development of ward staff and students. To contribute to the continuing development of nursing practice through research and audit.
