Build partnerships with health professionals to increase referrals and raise awareness of the Connect to Work programme. Coordinate delivery of employment pathways, ensuring seamless collaboration between health partners, local authorities, and service providers. Lead strategic efforts to embed employment as a health outcome, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and report on programme impact.What we are looking for:Experience in employment support, health services, or partnership coordination. Strong understanding of the IPS model and integrated care systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
