Key Responsibilities: Deliverhigh-quality childcareandearly years educationto children aged 0-5 years Implementengagingandcreative teaching methodsto stimulate learning and development Demonstrate a strong understanding of theEYFS curriculum Createand maintain asafe ,supportive , andnurturing environmentfor children Actively promote positivechild developmentandbehaviour management strategies Build meaningful relationships withchildren ,parents , andcolleagues Ensure the nursery meets allsafeguarding standardsandhealth and safety regulations️ To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have: Aminimum Level 2 qualificationin Early Years Education, Childcare, Teaching and Learning, or a related field Previous experiencein a nursery or childcare setting, or currently enrolled in a relevant childcare course Astrong understandingof theEYFS curriculumandchild development principles Anatural enthusiasmfor working with children and a passion for delivering excellent care and education Strong communicationandinterpersonal skillsto collaborate effectively with children, parents, and the team ️ Apositive ,proactive attitudetowards problem-solving and continuous improvement All applicants must undergo anenhanced DBS check (Child Workforce)prior to working if not already in possession of one that is registered to the update service.
