You will promote an effective and inclusive learning environment, supporting learners both in classroom or workshop settings and on a one-to-one basis.This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week.What Are We Looking For? You should demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability, and strive for excellence. Relevant and recent experience in a similar role within a learning environment is required, and you should hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Learning Support qualification.You should be passionate, creative, and empathetic towards learners, offering guidance throughout their academic and vocational studies.
