You will support people within their own homes to rebuild confidence and independence, and help them achieve their personal goals. About you: Previous experience as a Care Assistant/Support Worker or similar role is preferred but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided. A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
