The successful candidate will be responsible fordelivering a consistently high quality pharmacy service and assists in thedelivery of an effective medicines management service to entitled personnelwithin the multi- disciplinary medical centre and on behalf of the SeniorMedical Officer (SMO). Job responsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: Uphold thepharmacy profession at all times, in accordance with Medicines Ethics andPractice of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and the standards forpharmacy professionals of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). To attendpractice meetings and represent dispensary as required. Ensure the safecustody, storage and dispensing of all drugs, medicinal products and equipmentin adherence with current DPHC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Co-ordinate the ordering or assembly of over labelled products and thesupply of medicines issued by nurses under Patient Group Directions.
