Pharmacist Onsite 4 Days On / 4 Days Off 9am - 9pm We are HeliosX, a healthtech company on a mission to transform healthcare delivery; and we are growing rapidly. After supporting more patients than ever in 2024, we opened our new Pharmacy Hub in Leamington Spa in February 2025, dispensing 10,000 units daily. Due to increased demand for our weight loss services, we are expanding further. With our weight loss services now supporting thousands across the UK, we are seeking dedicated Pharmacists to help us grow and prioritize patient care. What you will be doing: As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions while maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care. This includes supporting treatments from GLP-1 weight loss therapies to dermatology, men's health, and more, ensuring each patient's journey is managed with care and accuracy. You will work closely with our Dispensing and Packing teams to process medications precisely and dispatch rapidly, fulfilling our commitment to safe, high-quality care delivered promptly. Your daily responsibilities include: What you'll be doing: Work onsite at our Leamington Spa warehouse, ensuring safe and compliant medication dispensing. Utilize our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality. Check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team to ensure safety and compliance. Prepare medications and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch. Counsel patients by providing advice on managing side effects, usage instructions, and other pharmaceutical guidance via email or phone. Record accurate notes in patient records as required. Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues appropriately. Participate in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices. Maintain your professional registration and continue your education as required. What you will bring: GPhC registration. At least 6 months of pharmacy experience. Experience working in a fast-paced dispensing environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach. Why join us?
