Responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, pre-screening eye examinations, and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling customer queries via phone, and processing payments.Your goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs.
