In this part-time role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless overnight experience while delivering friendly and professional service to our valued guests. Key Responsibilities: Manage guest accounts, post charges, reconcile payments, and generate daily reports in collaboration with the Front Office Manager. Provide outstanding customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assist with inquiries at the Front Desk. Ensure effective communication during shift handovers. Assist with cleaning meeting rooms. Conduct security checks. Serve drinks from the bar. Hourly Rate:£12.30 QualificationsPrior experience in hotel front desk operations is essential, especially working independently during night shifts. Skills required include: Strong computer proficiency; experience with Opera V5 or Opera Cloud is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
