Position details include: No dialysis experience required. Training may occur at a facility or training clinic different from your assigned home clinic. Float to various facilities during and after training. A flexible schedule is necessary, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements: Current LPN/LVN license in your state of practice. Current CPR certification. IV certification if required by state regulations. High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an approved training program prior to operating the water treatment system. BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation. At least one year of hospital or clinical experience preferred. Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; familiarity with DaVita systems within 90 days of hire.
