Youll be managing all aspects of client liaison, and your main responsibility will be to build, strengthen and maintain client relationships to achieve long term success.As part of the role you will be responsible for handling new enquiries and onboarding any new clients alongside working with more long term clients from a wide range of industries. Youll also be responsible for supporting a whole range of queries and offering support on emails, domains, hosting and VOIP systems to support our web development team, so a prior understanding of these would be a huge advantage but by no means essential as all training will be provided.Youll need excellent communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and the ability to work to targets and deadlines. Youll need strong English written and verbal skills, working within Google Suite alongside some internally developed platforms you will need to be confident to learn new tools.This is a great opportunity to begin a career within the creative sector and gaining a real understanding or working within a media agency.ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and requirements You will work with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better support our clients needs. Take inquiries and requests from customers aiming to excel their expectations Stay on top of accounts, making sure clients are receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business Generate progress and internal reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organisation Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the internal teams on a daily/weekly basisKey Skills And Qualifications3+ years experience in a customer facing or customer service role or 2+ years in an account management role Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Good attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Progressive outlook and drive to succeed.
