Sales Focus:The core of the role is sales, with an emphasis on property matching, viewings, and eventually, sales valuations. You'll need to demonstrate a successful sales background. Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service is critical. Property Matching:Quickly identifying client needs and matching them to available properties. Client Interaction: Telephone:Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly. Face-to-face:Confidence for meetings, conducting viewings, and meeting vendors (existing and potential). Communication:Clear and professional communication, face to face and via email, is essential Computer Skills:Basic proficiency in Excel and Word. Teamwork & Independence:Ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
