About the Role In this role, you will: Empower young peopleby identifying their needs, abilities, and barriers to progression. Provide tailored supportthrough effective partnership working, referrals, and signposting. Work independentlyin various settings, adapting flexibly to young people's needs. Deliver engaging one-to-one guidance sessionsand group workshops. Apply innovative approacheswhen working withNEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) young people . Collaborate with partnersto ensure seamless support and progression opportunities. Contribute as part of a teamdelivering ourUKSPF programme . About You We are seeking a committed professional with: A qualification in working with young peopleequivalent to NVQ Level 4(such as Youth Work, Careers Guidance, Social Work, or Teaching) ORrelevant experiencein the field. AQCF Level 6 in Careers Guidance and Development(preferred but not essential). Strong communication and partnership-building skillsto effectively support young people. Aresults-driven approach , meeting service targets and deadlines with confidence. Working Hours & Conditions 22.2 hours per week , based around the usual business working week.
