You will be responsible for providing a high quality holistic service for patients who require Vascular Access, Trust wide. Promote high standards of patient care. Utilise specialist knowledge and skills in the provision of vascular access. Provide nursing leadership and effectively manage and support staff. Reduce clinical risk to patients with CVCs in non-specialist areas within the Trust, provide telephone support and advice to patients and healthcare professionals. Participate in educating staff in the care and management of CVCs. Co-ordinate and prioritise the provision of care. Act with professionalism and integrity. Provide a service that is tailored to meet the needs of the individual, to understand what our patients need and be adaptable and responsive.
