Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in a relevant subject - Coaching / Mentoring /Teaching or Social/Youth Work Hold Level 2 qualification in English and Maths Experience of working or volunteering with Young People and / or Vulnerable Adults Experience of providing safeguarding and/or welfare support to children, young people or vulnerable adults A good level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
