Free Car Parking for all our colleagues at the airport 34 days holiday entitlement per annum (pro rata for part time hours) Recommend a Friend scheme (£250 for successful referrals) Life assurance & pension scheme Colleague discounts on Jet2holidays and holidays and flights Annual pay review, our famous red uniform, paid training course & much more!What will you do as a Sales Desk & Baggage Tracing Agent?Help our customers with flight bookings and additional product sales Work to resolve customer enquiries such as flight changes and escalated queries Monitor the customer queues and queue times to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards and operating procedures. Offer a dedicated service to ensure we return items to their owners as quickly and efficiently as possible using World Tracer ( our Baggage Tracing System) Effectively support our customers, arranging alternative flights, accommodation and transfers in times of disruption and delays. Communicate effectively with our customers at all times, demonstrating a friendly, professional approach, ensuring every customer feel like a VIPThis is avariedandfulfillingrole with operational impact and will play a vital part in ensuring we achieve ourSalesandCustomer Satisfactiontargets. As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requiresflexibilityto support our flight programme. We are offering a40 hours per weekon aFixed Term contract until November 2025.This is arosteredrole that requires shift working, so flexibility is required - shift patterns are a rolling shift pattern of 4 shifts on, 2 rest days off . Shifts will includevery early starts, late finishes, working weekends & bank holidays. You will receive you roster4 weeks in advance.What Skills & Experience will you need?You WillHave a genuine passion for delivering great customer service Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in handling customer queries in a fast paced, airline or travel environment. Have previous experience of successfully meeting sales targets would be beneficial.
