Copy of Support Worker Telecare #5270627A full UK manual driving license is required. A company vehicle will be provided during duty hours. The role operates on a set rota with the following shifts: Overnight team: 8:45 pm to 7:30 am Rota pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off The Telecare Service is a responsive team that visits customers in their homes. Responsibilities include: Answering alarm activations across the city raised by customers or assistive technology devices Assisting customers with mobility, personal care, falls, and ambulance assistance Responding to assistive technology such as property exit sensors, smoke alarms, and pressure mats Training will be provided during the induction period.
