We seek flexible, reliable, and adaptable individuals who can read situations well to help our young people make positive choices.Work involves:Working on a rota basis (average hours per month) and sleep-ins depending on the home's sizeMeeting the needs of Children and Young People in line with OFSTED regulationsOrganizing and facilitating social activities outside of schoolMaintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping, etc.)Attending and participating in team meetingsQualifications, Experience, and Requirements While experience with children or in health and social care is beneficial, it is not essential.
