Identifying opportunities to enhance Transport operation efficiency and engaging my team to achieve these improvements. Ensuring delivery of Transport plans, KPIs, and resource management to meet KPIs and stay within the distribution centre's financial budget. Championing change, sharing ideas, and delivering results. Participating actively in the distribution centre community plan, generating ideas, and encouraging team involvement. Leading resource planning activities to ensure appropriate staffing for effective store service. Supporting colleagues through effective leadership and using our people routines.
