Their 80-strong team operates from a state-of-the-art factory and office site, producing standout joinery solutions for blue-chip clients, local authorities, and luxury developments.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experiencedProjects/Contracts Managerto oversee multiple high-spec joinery fit-out projects across London and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will come from a carpentry or joinery background and have a strong track record managing internal fit-out works from concept through to completion. You'll work closely with Directors, clients, architects, designers, and the factory team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.Projects/Contracts ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesManage multiple joinery supply and fit-out projects from design through to final handover Liaise with clients, architects, and designers to ensure project alignment and satisfaction Coordinate with on-site fitters, subcontractors, factory teams, and suppliers Oversee schedules, site logistics, and health 'safety compliance Ensure all works meet company quality standards and client expectations Read and interpret technical drawings (CAD/SolidWorks experience advantageous) Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders Support the delivery of bespoke joinery including furniture, reception desks, doorsets, and wall cladding Projects/Contracts Manager Candidate ProfileProven experience managing high-end joinery or interior fit-out projects Strong technical background in carpentry/joinery (hands-on experience ideal) Excellent communication and leadership skills confident dealing with clients and teams Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Full UK driving licence (essential) Projects/Contracts Manager Current & Previous ProjectsFit-outs for blue-chip commercial offices, including a well-known global social media platform Public sector and local authority contracts Expansion into high-end residential market across London & the Home Counties Why Join?Join a supportive, passionate, and growing team Work on exciting, high-profile projects Enjoy genuine career progression To Apply: Please send your CV or contact Heather directly to discuss the role further. #J-18808-Ljbffr
