Team office Support Administrator - Woolwich Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £30,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:15 PMWe are seeking a proactive and well-organised Team Support Administrator to join our team in Woolwich. This is a key position providing front-of-house reception duties and broad administrative support across the office. The ideal candidate will be confident, personable, and highly organised, with a strong attention to detail.Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiriesProviding general administrative support to the wider teamOrganising and coordinating internal and external meetings and eventsBooking travel, accommodation, and restaurant reservationsMaintaining office supplies and facilitiesCreating and updating documents using Microsoft Word and ExcelSupporting with ad-hoc tasks as required by the teamRequirements:Previous experience in a similar administrative or front-of-house roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
