We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader in Slough who can drive best practices, meet targets, and uphold high standards in line with operational, contractual, and legal requirementsWhat Will You Be Doing?Ensure all activities comply with current legislation, company policies, procedures, and contract practices Follow correct Manual Handling procedures to move stock Handle and complete all necessary documentation and information accurately Adhere to and maintain Service Level Agreements Operate company equipment safely and in accordance with policies and legislation Attend and complete required training, including First Aid and Fire Marshall training Assist in producing reports and documentation packs for the site Help maintain contract KPIs.
