Our Work Safe, Home Safe (WSHS) initiative defines the core values which form the basis of the safety culture here.So, what will you do?Its a varied role where youll get the chance to work across all safety principles and standards, training in those areas youve not experienced previouslyWe work within a heavy industry so youll play a great part in ensuring that through our safety culture process program, we all return home safe and healthy at the end of every working dayYoull monitor conformance with health, safety & environmental regulations as well as A&P proceduresReporting and recording health, safety, environmental and quality performance, youll also carry out or assist others in the investigation, reporting and recommend action on accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformances to drive positive change and improvementsAs part of our shared values with a focus on responsibility and sustainability practices you will carry out, and assist others with, risk assessments and safe systems of work as well as provide advice on health, safety, environmental and quality matters to line management and the wider teamYoull review project requirements, and the impact on advice you give while maintaining legislation in a professional, competent manner with colleagues, customers and contractorsAnd what are we looking for?Qualified to NEBOSH general certificate or equivalentExperience of working within a HSEQ function with good knowledge of best practice within HSEQWhy join us?Personal Growth- This is an opportunity to make a significant impact while working with and learning from a team of experts from the marine and structural engineering industries.
