Working pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off / 40 hours per week We are looking for someone with prior hotel Guest Services Agent experience, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. This role offers excellent progression opportunities and is ideal for someone enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service.
