We’re hiring IT Support Technicians to join a growing onsite team supporting critical operations in a cutting-edge automated environment. You’ll be the go-to contact for shift teams, resolving technical issues and keeping warehouse systems running at full capacity. This role is for you if: You thrive in fast-paced, 24/7 environments and understand the demands of warehouse or logistics operations. You’re looking to push beyond standard 2nd line support into a tech-led, high-performance setting. You’ve worked with automation vendors or are hungry to learn the systems driving them. What you’ll do: Deliver 2nd line IT support for key systems across the warehouse Support rollouts of new tools and automation features Log, escalate, and track technical issues with ownership Work closely with shift teams to keep operations smooth Build knowledge of automation systems with full training provided What we’re looking for: An IT support background, ideally with exposure to warehouse, distribution, or automation tech A self-motivated problem solver who stays calm under pressure Technically curious, operationally aware, and ready to go above and beyond Why this role?
