This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, ambitious individual to join a growing national team. You will be involved in the preparation of Bills of Costs for Detailed/Provisional Assessment, as well as litigation of bills through the Court process. You may participate in advocacy at Court if required and as agreed with the Costs Partner. Your role will involve interacting with clients, providing advice, and taking instructions throughout the case. Additionally, you will provide technical support to fee earners and may be involved in training junior team members.
