Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Audit team in our London office. You will be responsible for planning, performing, and completing the audit process for each assignment. As an Audit Assistant Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: Regular discussions with the client to confirm progress, identify solutions to any hurdles, and ensure reasonable expectations are met Identify and highlight any opportunities for improvement from work undertaken Assist and perform training of junior staff Complete assessment forms of the audit team Perform work in accordance with audit and assignment procedures Prepare draft accounts/reports and a completion memo (including identification of control weaknesses or areas of improvement) for review by the manager Qualifications ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent Demonstrable UK audit and accounts experience within a professional services firm Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients Experience supervising others and delegating work Ability to organise oneself and others to manage multiple assignments Additional Benefits Competitive salary Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension contribution Hybrid working model (role dependent) Generous holiday package, with options to purchase additional days Shared parental leave Fully funded training towards professional qualifications Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loan Eye care support We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment.
