Collaborating closely with our delivery squads, you will define and guide complex technical solutions that transform business challenges into innovative, scalable outcomes. Identify and execute continual improvement opportunities to optimise outcomes for British Airways. Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions that drive consistency, efficiency, and excellence. Mentor and coach solution architects, fostering growth and development within your domain. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing thought leadership in estimation, backlog refinement, and architectural reviews. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at a senior level and influence decisions organisation-wide. Knowledge of global architecture and technology trends, leveraging them to deliver business benefits.
