We’re looking for a forward-thinking Area Manager to join our team. This role is about leading change, inspiring teams, and creating communities where people feel supported, safe, and empowered to thrive. Location: Managing an area and team remotely, with regular travel across South Manchester, The Wirral & Cheshire. Salary: Up to £46,537.30 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Here’s what you’ll be doing: Manage and develop a team of housing and support colleagues, giving them the tools and confidence to deliver amazing service. Implement innovative housing solutions, refine processes, and drive meaningful change. Collaborate with local authorities, health services, and community groups to ensure residents stay independent and connected. Find opportunities, solve problems, and ensure housing services meet the highest standards. What we’re looking for: Someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the table.
