They design, manufacture, and install internal bespoke joinery, acoustic panelling, fire-rated, and specialist doorsets.The RoleAn exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing company, leading and managing various projects, subcontractors, and materials related to communication, quality, HASAW, and cost. The role involves liaising with clients, managing programmes, and combining commercial, operational delivery, people management, and business development through customer service.ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementAttend pre-start meetings with clients to understand expectations and participate in estimating handovers.Lead contract meetings to identify and resolve issues using Fonn.Identify and liaise with new subcontractors.Lead subcontractor pre-start meetings, set expectations, and review foreman duties.Manage design elements to meet project requirements, liaising with CAD teams as needed.Resolve problems, delays, and valuation concerns, engaging with subcontractors and the project team.Issue Early Warning Notices when necessary to guard against delays.QualityProvide progress reports, record variations, handle deliveries, and complete quality documentation, including fire door installations, using Fonn.Ensure subcontractor duties are carried out as per their contracts and documented in Fonn.Produce Quality Inspection Plans tailored to each project.Conduct site measures and surveys as required.Maintain accredited status for fire door installations through liaising with certifiers.Ensure every installation is accompanied by a Quality Sign-Off form.Client SatisfactionRepresent the company professionally, maintaining good client relationships, especially with repeat clients.Commercial ManagementProactively manage project finances, identify variations, and sign off daywork sheets.Be aware of project budgets and collaborate with the commercial team to improve performance.Attend site with QS as needed and participate in final account meetings prepared.Health & SafetyPromote high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with procedures and legal obligations.Review and ensure RAMS are in place before site work begins.Deliver health and safety through toolbox talks, monitoring incidents, and conducting audits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
