About the Role The Operations Manager will lead operations across the entire factory, working cross-functionally with quality, safety, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of top-quality products. You will have a Shift Manager as a direct report and you'll be hands-on in driving continuous improvement, managing risk assessments, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee full factory operations, ensuring products meet quality and cost standards Manage and support the Shift Manager to ensure consistent performance across the shift Lead risk assessments, training, and accident investigations Ensure quality issues are fully resolved and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented Build a culture of accountability, holding teams to high performance standards About You This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with short shelf life food experience, excellent managerial skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. You'll need to be confident in managing large teams, drive operational excellence, and work in a fast-paced environment.
